Reiki 1 Shoden

Reconnect to your true self.  Reiki 1 is all about you.

This course is designed to awaken a connection to your true self and to provide you with the foundations for your own Reiki practice. During the course you will develop a simple awareness of energy and your relationship to it. This is a very personal experience and can vary for everyone. Upon completion of the course you will have the skills to continue your Reiki practice at home, and the ability to conduct hands on healing for your family and friends if you wish.

No previous experience or certification necessary

Introduction to the traditional Japanese system of Reiki

Brief history of Mikao Usui and his teachings

Develop an awareness of ki (energy)

Work with the five precepts 

Learn meditation techniques to cultivate ki energy

Give and receive hands on healing

Learn how Reiki can be applied within your life
