I began Northern Beaches Reiki and Meditation in 2005, with the intention of providing a nurturing space for you to experience and explore Reiki. I currently operate in cosy studio in Avalon. I offer three main services: Reiki treatments, Reiki courses and Meditation classes.
My Reiki treatments are designed to deeply relax and bring balance to the mind and body. This method of healing can alleviate issues such as anxiety, stress, chronic pain and illness. If you'd like to know more about the benefits of Reiki, please click here.
The courses are for anyone looking to learn more about Reiki or deepen their connection to self. I offer all three levels based on the Usui Reiki Ryoho, and run these as group sessions or privately. I offer ongoing support in the form of practice afternoons and regularly updated resources online. See here for upcoming course dates.
My Meditation classes are Japanese inspired and suitable for beginners or those who'd like to develop on their own personal practice. You're welcome to drop in whenever you can, I offer session passes or you can pay as you go.

About Vicki
Originally I come from a science and corporate background where my life revolved around long hours, frantic deadlines and never ending cycles of stress. I completely lost touch with who I was and who I wanted to be. I found Reiki offered me a powerful, and much needed, path to restore inner peace and balance to my life.
Today, I have over 15 years of experience, I am a referred practitioner and Master Teacher with Shibumi International Reiki Association and The Australian Association of Reiki Professionals, and a Graduate Teacher with International House of Reiki.
My philosophy is based on sharing the lessons Reiki has taught me and restoring a sense of peace to others lives. I follow the Usui Reiki Ryoho (Usui Reiki Healing Method), a traditional Japanese style of Reiki which centres around personal development and creating inner peace.
