My aim is to create a bridge from our busy lives to the world of meditation and self restoration.
The general class runs weekly in Avalon and Mona Vale with classes designed so you can drop-in on a casual basis. They are semi guided, Japanese inspired and suitable for beginners through to advanced. They are also a valuable addition for Reiki students or other energy work practitioners who want to deepen their connection to self and stay grounded.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled class time you will be sent a link to the recording of the class (valid for 48hours) to do at a time that suits you.
Set yourself up at home in comfy clothing, pull up a chair or sink onto your meditation cushion and let the time pass by. The focus is to deepen, balance and connect the mind, body and spirit. We'll be working with breath awareness, sitting and standing exercises as well as relaxation and mindfulness techniques.You'll also be invited to join in with gentle hand movements, based on your comfort level.
