The best of both worlds: a relaxing Reiki treatment and a simple home meditation practice. This option is perfect for those who'd like to start their own meditation practice at home, and receive a little taste of Reiki. The session includes a private meditation consult, time to work with the practice, and a 30 minute Reiki treatment. Following the session I provide ongoing support via emails to ensure you feel confident with your personalised meditation and have the tools to continue working on yourself from home.
