Learn meditation practices that will blend into your daily life. Classes are semi guided, Japanese inspired and suitable for beginners through to advanced. Chairs and meditation cushions provided. During the class we move a little using gentle mind/body and breath exercises, based on your comfort level. We learn to focus the mind on single thoughts and actions.

Classes are run on a casual basis. Tuesdays 6.30pm Avalon, Thursdays 10:00am Mona Vale.
